- Q: Can I customise my candy box?
A: Yes we have a number of customisable boxes available with different sizes and products that can be added. We also offer a certain level of customisation on our pre-made boxes. If you want to swap one product out for another then just fill in the appropriate section on the order page. - Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery in Ireland typically takes 2-3 working days after we dispatch your order. We cannot guarantee Candy Boxes to be delivered on specific days. All orders are shipped through our courier partner Fastway Couriers. Delivery to the UK typically takes 3-4 working days and comes with tracked delivery. - Q: How much does delivery cost?
A: Delivery to anywhere in Ireland (The republic and the North) costs €4.95. Delivery to the UK is €8.95. All deliveries are done through Fastway Couriers. Delivery to the UK is done with Fastway Couriers and passed onto Yodel once the order reaches the UK. - Q: How do I make an order?
A: All orders can be placed online through this website. Simply select the box you want. For build your own boxes, choose the candy you want. Then fill in the address and delivery information, make a payment, and wait for your candy box to be delivered. - Q: Is there an invoice or price included in the Candy Box?
A: No. We do not include any invoice/prices in the box. However, you can request one if you would want us to include it.
