- Q: How do I get a VAT invoice ?
A: It is simple. You can request your VAT invoice by emailing us on support@whelehanswines.ie. We operate from Monday to Saturday - except holidays - from 10:30 am to 6 pm and will reply to you as fast as we can. - Q: Can I change the address after the order has been finalized ?
A: Of course, as long as you email us at support@whelehanswines.ie prior to dispatch. Our parcels are typically dispatched at 3pm from Monday to Friday. - Q: How do I track my order delivery ?
A: If your address is within 10km of our store, then no tracking numbers will be issued, and your order will be delivered between 10:30 am and 1 pm by our local driver. - Q: What are the payment methods accepted by Whelehans Wines ?
A: We accept payment by Credit and Debit Card. You can pay for your purchases with Visa, Mastercard, American Express. - Q: Is it possible to buy a Gift Card online ?
A: Yes. It is possible to purchase an e-gift card, which can only be used for website purchases. This e-gift card will be emailed to the recipient of your choice. Purchase a Gift Card. - Q: What is the correct way to store my wines ?
A: We recommend the bottle should be kept in a dry place with little incidence of light and heat. In addition, we suggest that you store it horizontally so that the cork continues to be humid and the drink has less contact with oxygen than in a vertical position. - Q: Do you provide a Wedding Wines service ?
A: Yes of course. We would be delighted to help you with your Wedding day. Whether it's Champagne, Prosecco or CrĂŠmant de Loire for your toast, or white and red wines for your wedding menu, we can provide you with the best food and wine pairing options. - Q: Can I hire wine glasses if Iâm having a party ?
A: Absolutely. With any party wines order of 24 bottles, we will happily supply glasses for you, FOC, with a âŹ5 charge per broken glass. Please note; Glasses must be collected from the Wine Store and returned in person. We also clean the glasses afterwards so you donât have to! - Q: Do you provide a Sale or Return service ?
A: No problem. If you have surplus, unopened, wines after your event, you can return them to the Wine Store and receive a refund for same. Please ensure you hold on to your receipt!
