Extremely disappointing customer service. Bikes advertised at significant discounts were unavailable, yet remained listed on the website. I wasted an entire day trying to make a purchase and received no meaningful assistance. Inaccurate stock information, poor communication and unacceptable customer service. I will never buy from Wheelworx again.
