I purchased a voucher to have my hair done at this salon, but my experience was deeply upsetting. From the moment I called to book, the stylist seemed irritated that I had a voucher, repeatedly questioning where I got it and how much I paid. When I arrived, he continued the same behavior and made me feel like a burden rather than a customer. After calmly expressing how uncomfortable I felt, he abruptly told me to get a refund and threw me out. This was unprofessional, rude, and completely inappropriate. I would not recommend this business based on how I was treated.
