Frequently Asked Questions
- Q: How much is it to board a small pet for one day in your small pet boarding facility?
A: We remain committed to offering competitively priced small pet boarding. The price is determined by the type of animal, the length of the stay and the specific care needs of the individual small pet. - Q: My small pet has specific medical needs. Is my pet still eligible for your small pet boarding service?
A: This depends on the medical needs of the animal. You will need to disclose the full extent of your animals care needs before we can make a decision. We treat every animal’s care needs on a case by case basis and do our very best to accept all small pets no matter their care needs. - Q: What happens if my small pet gets sick while in your small pet boarding facility?
A: Pets are monitored throughout the day in our small pet boarding facility. If a small pet gets sick we will continue to access the situation and make a decision if your pet needs to visit a vet. Permission to bring your animal to a vet and access to the animal’s medical history is part of our Terms and Conditions. In the event of a serious illness, we will notify you as soon as possible.
