Mike was amazing to deal with I am in Drogheda and I really needed help with keys and he 100% stepped up to the mark. Very professional service would use Fogarty Lock & safe Co again in a heartbeat... Jennifer

Scammers. Enquired one day if I could get the same key made up for front and two back doors to be all the same and get a new lock to match for an inner door. Told be no problem by an older male staff member but to measure barrels as doors had different sizes. Then a really hard sell from a female staff member to get a unique key system instead - 300% more expensive just for keys. Said I’d have a think. Went back next day with measurements and photos of barrels and different guy immediately said I needed a unique key system and that I couldn’t change barrels on the front door. I explained that I’d had this done before and that his colleague had told me previously this was possible. Obviously felt caught out and said he couldn’t help me at all - basically turned me away. Both Lenehans and Dyno Locks on Capel street said no problem at all to do that for me. So that’s 3 new barrels, 1 full new lock and 10 keys worth of custom that Fogarty’s would rather lose than admit their trickery. Lost all my future custom too.
