- Q: What is the best way to view your collection of artworks ?
A: The best way to view our collection is to visit our website. Please feel free to drop us an email if you have any specific requests or questions info@eagusi.com. - Q: Are the colours of the artwork on your website a good representation of what I will receive ?
A: EAGUSI uses commercially reasonable efforts to display the colours of Digital works. However, because individual computer monitors may display colours differently, we are not responsible for the colour accuracy of any Digital works or Printed works displayed on the website, and disclaim all liability in this regard. - Q: Do you ship Internationally ?
A: Yes we ship internationally to most countries. You can checkout online and the cost of shipping to your country will be calculated at that point. If your country is not on the country drop down list at the checkout you can email us for assistance info@eagusi.com and we will do our best to help. - Q: Are your giclée art prints open editions or limited editions ?
A: We sell most of our giclée art prints as open editions, open editions are not numbered, titled or sealed but they do come with the EAGUSI Certificate of Authenticity. Limited editions are numbered, titled and sealed on the face of the print. You can see what products are available in small number limited editions when you select the size you would like to purchase, it is shown under the price. - Q: What are limited edition prints ?
A: Limited edition prints are reproductions of original artwork, produced in a specified, finite quantity. Each giclée print is numbered, indicating its unique position in the edition (e.g., 1/30, 2/30, etc.) This numbering is usually done by hand, signifying the print’s authenticity and the number of reproductions. The print will be hand titled and sealed by EAGUSI. It will be accompanied by a signed and sealed certificate of authenticity by EAGUSI Limited. - Q: What quantity of edition prints will be made ?
A: We will be making 30 editions of our Smallest size, 20 of Medium, 15 of Large and 10 of our Extra Large where available.
