I had a terrible experience at this shop. The sales assistant was extremely polite and friendly but her manager kept interrupting and being rude, which was very off putting. After I made my purchase I heard the manager shouting at the lady for no apparent reason. It really bothers me to support a business which seems to permit workplace bullying. I wouldn't go there again after that experience!
