Zirtek Allergy Relief is a medication designed to provide effective relief from allergy symptoms. The tablets contain 10mg of Cetirizine dihydrochloride, an antihistamine. The tablets are film coated and offer relief from sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, and skin allergies including hives. This product is suitable for use by adults and children over 12 years old. The active ingredient in Zirtek is cetirizine. Additional ingredients include microcrystalline cellulose lactose monohydrate colloidal anhydrous silica and magnesium stearate. The film coat contains hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose titanium dioxide and polyethlene glycol. Each pack contains 30 tablets. As the image indicates, Zirtek is used for the relief of allergic rhinitis and urticaria. For adults and adolescents over 12 years of age, the dosage is one tablet daily. Children aged 6 to 12 years should take half a tablet twice daily. Do not give to children under 6 years. It is important to read the package leaflet before use. If you are pregnant or breast-feeding you should consult your doctor before taking this medicine. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. The box displays the Zirtek Allergy Relief 10mg film coated tablets. Common side effects may include dizziness diarrhea nausea dry mouth fatigue somnolence pharyngitis and rhinitis. This product should not be taken if you have a severe kidney disease are allergic to any of the ingredients or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
