Rennie Peppermint Chewable Tablets provide fast and effective relief from indigestion and heartburn. Each pack contains twenty four chewable tablets. These tablets contain two active ingredients calcium carbonate 680mg and magnesium carbonate 80mg. The tablets are suitable for adults for the relief of excess acid in the stomach and acid indigestion. Rennie Peppermint works directly in the oesophagus as well as in the stomach. The usual dosage is one to two tablets up to 3-4 times per day. Avoid prolonged use. It is not recommended for children under 18. Do not exceed a maximum dose of eleven tablets a day. If symptoms persist for more than seven days seek medical advice. Rennie can be used during pregnancy if taken as instructed always consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking any medicine if you are pregnant. The chewable tablets have a peppermint flavor and are easily taken to help neutralize stomach acid. The product packaging is a vibrant red color with the Rennie brand name prominently displayed. The product is manufactured by Bayer. These chewable tablets contain also sucrose and glucose 250mg amongst other ingredients.
