This metered spray is specifically formulated to alleviate a blocked nose, colds and allergies, and sinus pressure. The active ingredient xylometazoline hydrochloride works as a topical decongestant to clear nasal passages, providing relief from the stuffy feeling caused by colds and allergies. The product is suitable for adults and children aged 6 years and over and does not cause drowsiness. For adults and children 6 years and over, one spray into each nostril is recommended 2 to 3 times a day. It is important to note that this product should not be used if you have a hypersensitive reaction to xylometazoline or any of the ingredients, if you are taking MAOIs, have recently had brain surgery or had your pituitary gland removed. This medicine is not suitable for use by children under 6 years old. The product is designed to be easy to use. Before using, blow your nose gently.
