This oral suspension contains sodium alginate 500mg, sodium bicarbonate 267mg and calcium carbonate 160mg per 10ml. The product is sugar free and gluten free, making it suitable for many users. This liquid suspension provides fast soothing relief and long lasting effects. It can be used to address the symptoms of gastro-oesophageal reflux, such as acid regurgitation and indigestion. To use, shake the bottle well before use. Adults and children over 12 years can take 10-20ml after meals and at bedtime, while children aged 6-12 years should have 5-10ml after meals and at bedtime. It is not recommended for children under 6 years. Gaviscon Liquid Peppermint Flavour can be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Always read the package leaflet before use.
