These tablets are both colour and sugar free. Each tablet contains 250mg of paracetamol, a trusted medicine for reducing fever and relieving pain associated with headaches, toothaches, and sore throats. The fast-melting formula ensures rapid absorption, providing quick comfort when your child needs it most. The pack contains 24 fastmelt tablets. For children aged 6-9 years, administer one tablet up to four times a day, allowing at least 4 hours between doses. Children aged 9-12 years can take two tablets up to four times a day, with a minimum of 4 hours between doses. For those aged 12-16 years, the recommended dose is two to three tablets, up to four times daily, with a 4-hour interval between doses. Adults and children 16 years and over can take two to four tablets, maximum four times a day, with a minimum interval of 4 hours between doses. Remember not to exceed the maximum daily dose.
