Clonakilty Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, a quintessential Irish whiskey distilled from barley grown at the edge of the Atlantic ocean on the family farm, and triple distilled in copper pot stills.Matured in ex-Bourbon, Amontillado and Oloroso sherry casks. Nose : Vanilla sweetness leads to hints of demerara sugar, citrus peel and kiwi. Taste : Vanilla, caramelised pear and apple, gives way to a gentle wood spice, dark chocolate and orange.
