Each pack contains 30 pieces of gum, providing a convenient supply for your needs. The 4mg strength is a suitable option for heavy smokers. The freshmint flavor provides a pleasant taste while delivering the necessary nicotine to reduce your urge to smoke. To use the gum effectively, chew it slowly until a strong taste emerges. Then, rest the gum between your cheek and gum line, allowing the nicotine to be absorbed through the mouth's lining. As the taste fades, resume chewing until the taste returns, repeating this process for approximately 30 minutes. Remember to stop smoking completely when starting this therapy. The gum should be used whenever the urge to smoke arises. Not more than 15 pieces of the chewing gum should be used each day. This technique known as the "chew and rest" technique is an effective method, as described on the packaging.
