It helps loosen mucus (phlegm) from the lungs so that it can be coughed up more easily — without causing drowsiness, making it ideal for daytime use. Key Benefits Provides relief from chesty and productive coughs Contains Guaifenesin 100mg per 5ml — helps loosen and thin mucus in the lungs Contains Levomenthol 1.1mg per 5ml — eases congestion with a cooling, soothing sensation Helps make phlegm easier to cough up Non-drowsy formula — suitable for use during normal daily activities Suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over Convenient large 300ml bottle Ideal for short-term symptomatic relief of troublesome chesty coughs Key Ingredients Guaifenesin 100mg/5ml – An expectorant that helps loosen and thin mucus in the lungs, making accumulated phlegm easier to bring up when coughing. Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Take two 5ml spoonfuls (10ml) four times daily. Do not take more than 4 doses in 24 hours. This formulation is not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Measure each dose carefully and do not exceed the stated dose. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor or pharmacist.
