These vegan, gluten free and nut free flakes are made from primary inactive yeast (which is free from candida albicans yeast) and contain absolutely no additives, preservatives or GM products. They have a delicious cheesy, nutty taste and can be sprinkled over soups, stews, casseroles, salads and breakfast cereals to enhance flavour. It has a lovely cheese-like flavour, making it a perfect addition to vegan pesto, pasta dishes, sauces, baked goods or even just on toast. It helps provide essential vitamins & minerals for vegans; high in B-complex vitamins including B12. It is naturally gluten free. Ingredients: Dried inactive yeast (99%) (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), Thiamine (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), Pantothenic acid (B5), Pyridoxine (B6), Biotin (B7), Folic acid (B9), Cyanocobalamin (B12), Zinc sulfate.
