An exceptionally fine old tawny blend, aged for an average of 10 years in oak casks. Elegant and smooth, combining delicate wood notes and rich mellow fruit, it is bottled for immediate drinking. Excellent with soft cheeses such as brie, and a superb dessert wine, particularly with dishes made with coffee or almonds, Taylor’s 10 Year Old Tawny is delicious served lightly chilled at the end of the meal.
Graham’s 10 Year Old Tawny epitomises the passion for excellence and precision that is at the heart of every one of our handmade Tawny Ports. After a decade of care and slow seasoned oak maturation this wine is a wonderful example of the complex nutty and mature fruit flavours of Tawny Port.
Graham’s 10 Year Old has a deep tawny and polished copper colour. Complex aromas combined with hints of honey and figs. On the palate, rich mature fruit flavours, beautifully mellowed with a luscious and long finish.
Pairs perfectly with creamy or fruity desserts that compliment, such as apple pie or almond cake. Serve chilled in a reasonably sized Port glass or white wine glass. It will stay fresh for four to six weeks once opened.
