Ventral Air MIPS Cycling Helmet
260,00 EUR
With precise ventilation ports and internal channels to control air intake and release at both low and high speeds, the Ventral Air Mips ensures a supreme cooling effect over the whole head.
Product description
Shaped to deliver coolness like never before, the Ventral Air Mips is the natural choice for hotter days or long days with lots of climbing.
The helmet's numerous ventilation ports are each precisely placed to optimise airflow through deep internal channels, providing optimum control of air intake and release at both low and high speeds and delivering a supreme cooling effect over the whole head.
The Ventral Air Mips is shaped to enhance a rider's aerodynamic profile and minimise drag: the helmet features a distinct 22° trailing edge to reduce turbulence and provide a more aerodynamic silhouette.
The exceptionally lightweight road cycling helmet has been developed according to the principles POC's Whole Helmet Concept™, where all aspects of the helmet are considered together to ensure the helmet works from a user perspective.
A fully wrapped unibody shell provides structural stability, and the EPS liner is optimised to provide crash protection without a weight penalty. Rotational impact protection is enhanced thanks to the Mips Air Node system.
Practical features include a lightweight size adjustment system that guarantees a personalized fit, and an eye garage for easy and secure storage of eyewear mid-ride.
Procen Road Cycling Helmet
Lightweight, aero and ventilated, the Procen utlises the Venturi effect to manage airflow around the head for absolute speed, bringing increased comfort and heat control when in the demanding time trial position.
Product description
Giving more than simply speed and protection, the Procen ensures you stay cool and comfortable through the intense efforts of a time trial.
Proven to be fast thanks to extensive CFD testing and time on the track, the helmet utlises the Venturi effect to manage airflow through the helmet for ultimate speed. A distinct trailing edge pushes air away from the shoulders to further aid aerodynamics and airflow management to find ultimate speed.
Large ventilation inlets at the front help force air through the helmet, providing whole-head cooling with optimised airflow around the head and shoulders.
The Procen utilises an innovative two-position lens system to overcome a problem common with all visor helmets: lens fogging. In the 'start position', the lens sits around 10mm away from the helmet to ensure air can move naturally, ideal to prevent fogging while in the time trial start gate. It's also possible to ride with the lens in this position with a clear line of sight in all directions. The visor lens is fully detachable, and will also break away from the helmet in a crash.
A comfortable whole-head adjustment system makes it easy for every rider to find a secure fit, ensuring optimum protection while delivering maximum speed.
