The Hit Boxing Carabiner 8mm is a steel snap hook with a spring-loaded gate used to quickly and securely attach your boxing equipment together. It is commonly used to connect various components of a boxing setup, such as attaching a punch bag to a wall rack or stand. This is a strong and durable steel carabiner that's more than capable of supporting the weight of the punch bag and withstand the force of impact during training. How it works: 1. Attachment to the Chain: One end of the carabiner is used to attach to a loop or ring on the end of the chain. Thread the carabiner through the ring and then close the gate. 2. Attachment to the Wall Rack or Stand: The other end of the carabiner is used to attach to wall rack or the stand. This allows the punch bag to hang securely in the desired location.
