Contents 500g cake mix Recipes For scrambled egg: Whisk together 100mls of eater and 50g of dry mix. Add to a non stick frying pan and shallow fry on a low heat for 2-3 minutes. Stir with a wooden spoon breaking the mixture up into small pieces while it cooks. For omelette: Whisk together 100mls of water and 50g of dry mix. Pour into preheated non stick frying pan tilting the pan to ensure the mixture sets like a pancake. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until brown.
