BERG PlayBase Nest Swing
A round mesh nest big enough to lie in, and rated for 150kg — so two children can share it, or one can stretch out, or an adult can sit in it with a toddler.
It's the accessory children argue over, and the only one on a PlayBase that gets used cooperatively rather than in turns.

150kg is the number that matters
A standard swing seat takes 80kg — one child at a time. The nest takes 150kg, which is what makes it genuinely a two-child swing rather than a one-child swing with room to spare.
It also means adults can use it. Plenty of them do, usually with a book.
It takes more of the frame
BERG rates the nest swing as needing three PlayBase bars, against two for a standard swing seat. It's a wider accessory and it needs the room.
Worth checking against your frame before ordering, particularly on the Wall or Medium. Send us a photo of what you've got and we'll tell you whether it fits alongside what's already there.
Carabiners aren't included
Carabiner hooks come as standard with a PlayBase frame, but not with accessories bought on their own.
If you're adding this to an existing frame and you've no spares, order them at the same time — ring us and we'll make sure the right ones go in the box.
Why this one
It's somewhere to be, not just something to do. A swing seat is for swinging. A nest is for lying in on a summer afternoon, reading, or falling asleep. That's a different kind of use and it lasts longer into the teenage years.
Textilene mesh — the same material as outdoor furniture. It dries quickly, doesn't hold water, and doesn't go brittle in UV.
Height-adjustable ropes, so you can set it low for toddlers and raise it as they grow.
Grey, so it sit
