Westin Tommy the Trout Inline 20cm 100g Shiro Rainbow – Slow-Sinking Pike Swimbait The Westin Tommy the Trout Inline 20cm 100g Shiro Rainbow is a large, highly realistic jointed swimbait designed for serious pike fishing. The Shiro Rainbow colour takes its name from the Japanese word “shiro”, meaning white, and uses a light, semi-translucent appearance to create a natural rainbow trout-style profile in the water. At 20cm and 100g, this lure offers a substantial prey profile while retaining a smooth, realistic S-shaped swimming action. It begins swimming at approximately 1 knot / 1.8km/h, allowing it to work effectively at very slow speeds when pike are following cautiously or feeding less aggressively. The slow-sinking design is well suited to Irish lakes, rivers and deeper canal sections where anglers need to control running depth around weed lines, drop-offs and open water. An additional wire eyelet allows a switch weight to be fitted when stronger wind, greater depth or faster sinking is required.
