A varietal & terroir triumph
A joyous multidimensional expression of Sauvignon Blanc from exceptional silex terroir. It has captivating notes of white flowers with subtle citrus references. The palate is wonderfully textured and round with layers of subtle and enticing yellow fruits flavours. Memorable.

STORY BEHIND THIS WINE
A 17th Century family owned Domaine that is causing a real stir in Sancerre with Matthieu Delaporte at the helm. In Matthieu’s own words “precision, balance and complexity are the watchwords of our cuvées with each delivering a strong sense of their individual terroirs, marked by considerable minerality, power and freshness”. This is the most perfect summation of their complex, intriguing and delicious wines.

STORY BEHIND THIS WINE
Krugs 2006 Brut is clearly one of the vintages highlights. While many 2006 Champagnes are likely to be at their best in their demonstrative youth, this is one wine unquestionably built for the long haul.
