Country: France Region: Champagne Varietal: 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, 15% Meunier. Over 85% Grands and Premiers crus. This Haut'dacieuse champagne from the Champagne house Jean-Pol Hautbois is made with our best vintages of the year from pressing. Selected first during the harvest and secondly after several tastings of our clear wines. Pinot brings its structure and structure while Chardonnay gives its notes of finesse and lightness. The marriage of the two grape varieties gives a champagne of great finesse and length, worthy of a great champagne.
